King Chuang has installed a total of 50 injection molding production lines, equipped with Toshiba-brand electric high-speed injection molding machines ranging from 100T to 180T. The production lines are configured with automated systems including central material feeding, vertical color mixing, computerized mold temperature control, robotic material handling, automatic runner removal, and automated sorting. The daily production capacity reaches 100,000 shots.
